Ayhan Tinin has graduated from the Department of Communications at Marmara University. Then he studied in the Department of Marketing at Bosphorus University. In this period, he attended classes of Psychology and Conservatory as a guest student at Istanbul University.
 

He had started his business life as a Journalist and written many articles about sports and cinema. Then he worked as an Executive in various institutions and firms. He was the Founding General Manager of the first Project Development Company in Turkey.
 

He is a certificated instructor of ICF Accredited Coaching and International Trainer of Yoga & Meditation.
 

Since 2002, he has been working as a Trainer and Management Consultant at TEM Management Development Services.
