Güven Baytok has graduated from the Economics Department at Geneva University, and the Foreign Trade Department of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
 

He finished Organization Expertise Programme at Is Bankası Turkey and worked as Organization Expertise there. He worked in representative offices of Turkiye Emlak Bankası in Frankfurt and Mannheim. Then he was promoted to the ‘Organizational Manager’ position of this bank and after a while, he started to work as the head of the Organization Department. Güven Baytok worked as a Management Consultant in Rota Management Development Services and is one of the founders of TEM Management Development Services. He is still working at TEM Management Development Services as a Management Consultant.
