Melikşah Özçoban has graduated from the Department of Psychology at Dogus University with a certificate of honor. Then, he has started his master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University. During this period, he supported some of the scientific studies of the instructor in the program. He participated in the youth exchange program of the European Union called "Let’s Build a Better Future" and within the scope of this program, he gave a workshop called "Individuality in Society" to other participants who were from 5 different European countries.
 

He started his career as a supervisor in Kidzania. Later on, he worked as an Intern at Sodexo Human Resources and Training Department. Then he worked as a Psychologist & Business Development Specialist in a start-up (Tezgahçılar) that designs corporate training. He gained experience in many different areas such as sales, digital marketing, operations, business development. At the same time, he continued to improve himself in the personal and professional field by participating in some of the training within the enterprise.
 

During his years of university, he had actively worked in the psychology club and TPÖÇG (Study Group on Psychology Students of Turkey). He had taken part in the organization team of many events, and in some of them, he managed to seminars, workshops, training, etc. throughout Turkey.
 

Since 2020, he has been working as an Organizational Development Specialist at TEM Management Development Services.
