He has graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University. Later on, he worked as a Research Assistant in the Faculty of Economics of the same university and completed his MBA program. Before graduating from Ph.D. Program at Istanbul University, he also participated in various programs in Pennsylvania and Drexel Universities in the USA at the same time.
 

He worked as a Training Specialist and Project Manager for Rota Management Development Services. He continues his business life as a Managing Partner in TEM Management Development Services and TEMAS Search & Selection Human Resources which he is one of the founders. Besides managing many National and International Projects, he has been working as an Executive Consultant and Coach.

He has completed the Erickson College International Coaching Program, Mastery of Executive and Leader Coaching, and Gestalt Therapy Program. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential of ICF (International Coach Federation). He is a certified trainer of Zig Ziglar Trainings, Silega Simulation Training, and The Center for Leadership Studies – Situational Leadership Training.
 

He gave lectures and speeches at various universities as a guest instructor. Besides that, He worked as an instructor at Istanbul University and Istanbul Bilgi University and some of the lectures were “Foreign Trade”, “Management Organization” and “Leadership”.
 

His articles were published in several scientific journals.
